These are by far the best made cases on the market. The handles and lid hinge are very sturdy. The extended handed has a thumb release for one hand operation, and the double action latches will not open accidentally. WAY BETTER than the well known bird brand.

Built with confidence, this case can take on the world with you! If you’re on the fence, take the leap into worry free travel with all your expensive gear.

We travel with critical dive and camera equipment, so the luggage matters. The Nanuk performs well in this respect. We now own three of these cases and will likely buy a forth. The only thing I don’t like is the short handles, but maybe that’s just me. The case functions perfectly, and on my next trip to Raja Ampat, we will thoroughly test the waterproof nature.

Not good

These cases are not built to the same standards as all other Nanuk cases. They don’t have the same certifications, they’re not IP-68 rated, so their not watertight. They scratch way easier than other Nanuk cases, just poor quality. Nanuk makes great products, this is not one of them. AVOID. Also Nanuk do better, all your other cases are better, how did this happen?

Well built, easy to set up

The box was set up as a medical kit with the padded insert and key lock handles. Works very well for a quick grab kit as a paramedic as I can local it to secure drugs and equipment with a simple key.
