We know you'll love your NANUK but if you're not completely satisfied, return it for a replacement or refund. This offer applies to orders placed on NANUK.com only. Not applicable to wholesale orders or third party websites.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and your product is still in perfect condition or need to make a warranty claim, please contact NANUK customer service at info@NANUK.com or 1.800.783.6883 within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that all returns need to be authorized by NANUK and a Return Authorization must be issued prior to return shipment. We will only accept returns if the product is still in perfect condition.
Either way, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email and we’ll work with you. We usually ask that returns are sent back to NANUK at the buyer’s expense since we offer free shipping. If there was an error on our side, then we will ship back to you at our expense.
