Shipping policy

Consumer orders are shipped within 2 days. For B2B orders, all companies should consult their representative. Once shipped, the time of arrival depends on two main factors: carrier and distance. While we cannot control carrier volume and pace, we can provide estimates based on the destination region:

  • Eastern USA: 2 to 6 days (except Florida, 5 to 8 days)
  • Central and Western USA: 3 to 6 days

*Some U.S. locations like Alaska and Hawaii have exceptionally high shipping surcharges for these locations. For these locations, we ask that you contact us directly at 1.800.783.6883 to get a shipping quote. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do our best to ship quickly and efficiently. Please understand that exceptions can happen. Just get in touch with us if you have any special needs or concerns.
