They dont spin. I had to buy wheels for rolls with better bearings and it really works. I want to return the ones I have bought from you.

Had an intern ruin a wheel by pulling the case across a parking lot with a rock blocking wheel movement, thus creating a horrible flat spot on the wheel. This kit was easy to install and quickly returned a favorite case back to service.

I know for sure I bought the correct wheel size, however no matter what angle I use to insert the wheels I cannot get the new ones in. The old ones fit perfectly but the new wheels width size doesn't allow me to insert them in.

Had to replace the wheels on my 950 after only 4 months because they literally came off…the tire got off the wheel. I think they are not supposed to last forever…especially if your bag is heavy and the roads are bad.

Wheels work great. Were a bit tough to get on at first and really had to push them in but once installed the case rolled like new again.
