We are looking for a motivated, determined, and enthusiastic Canadian Sales Manager to join our Consumer sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You should be comfortable working with major Canadian Omni-Channel retailers,
dealers, and distributors generating interest, growing market share, building
channel marketing programs, and achieving the company’s growth objectives for the region.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase NANUK’s market share in the Canadian consumer product sector including Omni-Channel retailers, dealers, and distributors. Grow our business within the existing customer portfolio and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products using effective sales techniques to existing and potential customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts, enhance brand exposure, and drive growth.

Perform all other related tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 7 (seven) years of consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales experience to Canadian Omni-Channel retailers
  • Sales experience in sporting goods, photo or other related consumer product industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of protective case industry is an asset
  • Experience managing a manufacturer rep sales force
  • Strong ’Hunter’ mentality – driven to pursue and close new business
  • College degree or any other relevant certifications.
  • Must reside in Canada, ideally in Greater Montreal
  • Must be bilingual – English/French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot an asset)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic in an autonomous environment
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and strategic vision.
  • Adaptable, versatile, and able to problem-solve effectively.
  • Ambitious and results oriented
  • Effective interpersonal communication.
  • Availability to travel for trade shows, sales meetings, and special events.
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to travel
    as needed.

  • Additional overachievement bonus payout at a rate of 2% on all sales over and above annual budget
