30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At NANUK, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. Choosing the right bag is a significant decision, and we want you to have confidence in your purchase — which is why every NANUK bag is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your NANUK bag within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

The bag must be in new, resalable condition with all accessories and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Your original order number or invoice must accompany every return request, including bags received as gifts.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
This guarantee applies to bags purchased directly from NANUKCases.ca. Bags purchased from an authorized NANUK retailer are subject to that retailer's return policy — please contact them directly.
All returns are inspected at our warehouse before a refund is issued. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
