The pull handle had a failure of the plastic internal lock that stopped the handle from locking up or down. This is a GOOD thing to avoid further damage to the case. The handle replacement was very easy with an Allen key to remove/reinstall the cover screws and some CA adhesive (only apply a very small amount on the threads to lock the screws) and 10 minutes. Nanuk, as usual, with their warranty program, replaced the handle and sent me the new handle quickly and with no issues. I only buy Nanuk cases because of their support and quality over other competitors cases.

Pull Handle Only

I had been using my 935 case for years now, and a clip inside the handle had given up and the handle separated. I reached out to Nanuk, and a short while later I had a replacement handle shipped to me. Replacement installation is extremely easy and the new handle works perfectly!

The product mentioned that it fit the Hartman Spinner and it doesn’t. You also did not mention the restocking fee if it was returned.

I really LOVE my Nanuk cases. I have 5 of them and use them and abuse them when I travel. I recently broke the handle of my biggest case because of a lot of other equipment that I was carrying on top of that. Finally after years of abuse, the handle gave up and something broke inside so it would not retract anymore. after taking it off (super easy) I was able to travel back home and order a replacement. In less than 72 hours I had a brand new handle installed in my old case. Cstomer service was amazingly fast. Thank you THAK YOU! You have a customer for life!!
