Outstanding design & fitment. Zippered pouches for all types of gear as well documentation divid...

While this is certainly a great high quality product to organize all those wires, switches, fittings and documents associated with amateur radio it is also certainly in the pricey category.

Great Addition!

The lid organizers are such an integral part of all of my Nanuk cases (and I have quite a few). I can't imagine not using one.

Very useful but could benefit from a few tweaks.

These few tweaks would be in the way it is shipped. It' s a large piece and it had a slight bow in the center. Therefore, the self adhesive strips being used to secure it to the lid keep getting unstuck. I had even put many things inside the case and forced it closed and kept it that way for 24 hours, but the bow keeps pulling it off.
Also, it is very hard to try and line up the posts for the screws with the holes. Suggestion would be to make the post a little longer and supply an metal sleeves that would slip around the posts so that you pass them through the organizer holes. Press down on organizer, remove sleeve and install screw.

Almost perfect

The construction and materials are great. The adhesive pads work really well. The overall fit is perfect, except for the holes on the lid organizer for the screws. They somehow do not line up perfectly with the screw holes on the lid, making the installation of the screws somewhat painful, and that is why I'm docking one star.

Both the 935 case and the lid organizer are genuine Nanuk products so I would expect everything to line up perfectly. I don't know who dropped the ball but it is as though the case and the lid organizers were made by two completely isolated teams that do not talk to one another. Or perhaps the case design was changed such that the screw holes had moved but that was never communicated to the lid organizer designers.

Whatever the reason might be, it is quite baffling because on one hand the overall dimension is correct and the organizer fits inside the lid like a glove. On the other hand, the holes on the organizer are about 1/8" off from the screw holes on the lid. This causes the screw holes to be covered by the lid organizer and I had to force the screws in. I have no idea whether it is just a manufacturing error in the batch that I got mine from, or the drawings are actually wrong. Either way, I would suggest the teams to do a quality check on the two products and actually try putting the two together and see for yourself what the problem is.

Sticky stuff doesn’t stick

The organizer is a great accessory for my Nanuk 963. I travel weekly for work and now am able to leave my backpack which had my iPad, accessories and other random stuff in it because now it goes in the kid organizer. My only complaint is that the tape that comes on it, doesn’t stick to the lid of the Nanuk. The only thing holding it to the lid are the screws. So I hope it holds up.

Compartments are each too small to be practical

Each compartment is too small to be practical enough to hold first aid items, like large bandages and gauze without folding them. You should provide an option to get one large compartment for the lid. Also, the screws to install came perilously close to penetrating the lid from the outside. I think that is ridiculous to have that occur. That needs improvement for sure.
