For online orders, we ship to most* of Canada and the USA 

Free ground shipping offer applies to all orders over 199 CAD placed on NANUKCases.ca only. Not applicable to wholesale orders or third party websites.

*Some Northern Canadian provinces like Yukon, North West Territories, Newfoundland have exceptionally high shipping surcharges for these locations. For these locations, we ask that you contact us directly at 1.800.783.6883 to get a shipping quote. Free shipping does not apply to these locations.

We do not ship to consumers outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time. We do ship commercial orders internationally.

Canada Shipping Details

We ship most orders to Canada within a day or two of receiving assuming payment approval. If you have a RUSH shipment requirement, please let us know before placing the order or in the order comments section and we'll do our best to ship it same day to expedite it. Any order placed after 9am EST will usually be shipped next business day.  

• Eastern Canada 1 to 3 days (Except St-Johns area 4 to 5 days)
• Central Canada 2 to 4 days (Except Thompson 4 to 5 days)
• Western Canada 4 to 6 days

Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all orders of $300 (before taxes) or more.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address when checking out. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

USA Shipping Details

Consumer orders are shipped within 2 days. For B2B orders, all companies should consult their representative. Once shipped, the time of arrival depends on two main factors: carrier and distance. While we cannot control carrier volume and pace, we can provide estimates based on the destination region:

• Eastern USA: 2 to 6 days (except Florida, 5 to 8 days)
• Central and Western USA: 3 to 6 days
