So far, so good - I bought a box to put electronics in to keep them dry.
Great case. Was needed to store a telescope mount head. Not lots of cases available for such long and bulk items. (no case for the legs available yet!) the ones available are for flat rifles 6" high but not much for astronomers! (scope or tripod legs are more than 6" wide when folded and when we need some more padding inside!)
The extended handle is great bonus as astronomer's equipment can be really heavy. Quality is great so far! lock system is easy to use and seems solid.
Recommend it for heavy and large items.
